Our Story :)

Our story started in 1960 with 2 Italian brothers who opened a café in Mumbai. Monginis cakes, pastries and savories were perfectly baked and became a favorite choice for Europeans in Mumbai. Whenever there were occasions, celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays or even tea-time in the families or neighborhoods Monginis was present to complete the happiness.

Then the Khorakiwala family bought over Monginis. By 1971 the idea of reaching out to more people and having a wide network was born, so the network became bigger and bigger, and Monginis became the place from where all yummy goodies emerges.

By 1993 Monginis entered Egypt and now it has a solid presence allover Egypt; Cairo, Giza, North Coast, Alexandria, Mansoura, Banha, Menofyia and Minya. We are one of the pioneers in the bakery field in Egypt with more than 120 shops.

Monginis creates state-of-the-art products while assuring best Hygiene and quality standards.

We offer different range that suits every occasion:
